Track My Ride is a gps-tracking technology developed for tracking your vehicles that lets you monitor (and keep a reliable track record of all) your vehicles and their routes, enabling you to get rid of any unauthorized actions such as off-duty or unethical driving ensuring you a healthy business. The built in GPS would  opt for a real-time alert or offline timely reports of your vehicle’s’ whereabouts.

Transport companies have multiple vehicles which is difficult to keep track of, as most records are being kept manually and the digital records are almost nonexistent. Keeping track of them is essential to avoid the vehicles being used for personal uses by the employees, keeping track of the passengers to know their pick up point and stop correctly. The employees of these services are unsafe without proper security measures. Our system achieves the solution helping the service run efficiently and safely.

• The system can be used to keep track of the vehicles  whether they are on the correct route and not deviating using GPS. Violating this will notify the company.

The ambulance serves as the vital medium for delivering serious patients to proper care. As lives are depending on them time and route management is of the highest priority. The shortest route has to be used while taking the patient to the hospital. The service has to figure out which ambulance is free and nearest to the location of the patient and use them accordingly. Without information of all these things the lives of the people are being put at stake. To save lives we have put forward this system.

• The system will record how long it takes the ambulance takes the vehicle to drop the patient at the hospitals.
• The ambulance will be equipped with cameras which can be viewed through the system, this can be used to correctly determine the amount of first aid treatment given to the patient, which can be followed with proper treatment in the hospital.
• The vehicle assignment can be recorded in the system.
• Using GPS the real-time updates of the vehicle is notified to the company authority by GPS tracking system.

Offices and companies

Office and companies handle multiple vehicles, keeping track of all the vehicles and allocating them properly to maintain an efficient working system is hard. The company cannot know the exact number people on the vehicle and the destination and the route of the vehicle. These information will be needed and should be managed to prevent resource waste. Our solution solves these problems by doing the following things.

• The system will record to whom the vehicle is assigned, for how long and for what purpose the vehicle is assigned to the person.
• The system tracks the movement of the vehicle using GPS. This can be used to view the route and its speed.
• The vehicle will be stored on the system which can be used to track it if it gets stolen.
• The solution will give real-time alerts to employees about their respective pick-up and drop timings.
• Vehicles will be fit with surveillance system to monitor the activities inside the vehicle.
